This MEP engineering project involved modifying the site layout of a bakery to enhance functionality and improve energy efficiency. Our team designed and installed optimized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to the bakery’s specific needs. We also created detailed one-line diagrams for submission to the City and assisted the client in obtaining a waiver for the grease trap interceptor, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The project successfully improved the bakery’s operational efficiency while meeting all necessary city approval requirements.
