This MEP design project for a commercial building in Galveston, TX, included comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. For the mechanical scope, we designed HVAC and ventilation layouts, performed heat load calculations, and ensured compliance with unit selection details. The electrical scope included power and lighting layouts, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and installation details for code compliance. In plumbing, we created drainage and water supply layouts with sizing, isometric riser diagrams, and prepared material lists with detailed specifications. The project was completed to meet all functional and regulatory requirements for the building.
